Documents you upload
Documents you upload during an assessment are stored encrypted at rest and in transit. They are used solely to generate your readiness report. They are never used to train AI models, sold, or shared with third parties.
Automatic deletion
Uploaded documents are automatically and irreversibly deleted 30 days after analysis. You may request immediate deletion at any time by emailing privacy@compliancesprints.com.
Personal data we collect
Name, work email, job title, company name, and (optionally) phone number. We use this to deliver your report and, with your consent, send relevant compliance insights. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@compliancesprints.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie to maintain your session during an assessment. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
