Compliance Sprints Assess is a practitioner-grade analytical tool. It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for a formal audit by an accredited certification body. Decisions made on the basis of an assessment are your responsibility.
Acceptable use
You agree to upload only documents that you are authorised to share, that do not contain unredacted personal data of third parties beyond what is necessary, and that are not malicious or unlawful.
Account and accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We may decline to process an assessment where information appears falsified or where the documents fall outside the supported file types.
Service availability
The free assessment is provided on a best-effort basis. We may modify, pause, or discontinue any tier with reasonable notice. Paid tiers, when available, will be governed by a separate agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compliance Sprints Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
